Game On! Sports Camp 4 Girls is looking for high school and college athletes, coaches and teachers who share our passion for sports, fitness, kids and fun to join our staff team. Specific job descriptions follow:

(ALL POSITIONS REQUIRE AN 8 OR 9 WEEK COMMITMENT)

STATION HEAD: Lake Forest College Campus:
Game On! Sports Camp 4 Girls, the only private summer day camp dedicated to creating an exceptional sports camp experience for girls in the Chicago Northern suburbs, is looking for sports Station Heads in Basketball, Volleyball, Soccer, Softball, Lacrosse, Swimming and Tennis. A Station Head will create and execute a program designed to help girls, grades pre-K through 8th, to learn the fundamentals and grow as an athlete in the specific sport. With a focus on fun and the joy of sport, the Station Head will supervise our coaches (counselors) as their campers rotate through the sport, also making an effort to provide hands-on help with the campers. The Station Head will also be expected to accompany the campers on field trips and help with other camp responsibilities. Note that there is a good chance you will be required to serve as a bus coach.

COACH (COUNSELOR): Lake Forest College Campus:
Game On! Sports Camp 4 Girls, the only private summer day camp dedicated to creating an exceptional sports camp experience for girls grades pre-K through 8th in the Chicago Northern suburbs, is looking for Coaches. With a focus on the joy of sport through fun, Coaches will supervise a group of approximately 8 to 12 girls as they rotate through various sports stations and other fun activities, attend field trips, and fulfill other assigned responsibilities time permitting. Note that you will be required to ride a bus for which you will earn extra pay.

COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR (Internship offered): Lake Forest College Campus:
Communications/Photo Director to manage video, photography, daily communications and newsletter responsibilities. Must have solid writing skills and experience with digital photography. Ability to upload daily photos and video to website, youtube, etc. is a plus.

GROUNDSKEEPER: Lake Forest College Campus:
Involves the day-to-day upkeep and maintenance of the campgrounds (including both indoor and outdoor spaces as well as equipment) for the entire camp season. May include off site campgrounds as well.

SETUP/CLEAN UP CREW: Lake Forest College Campus:
Opportunity for hired staff to be involved in extra (paid) duty as it pertains to the daily setup and clean-up of fields and courts and clean-up at the completion of the 8 weeks.

UTILITY POSITION: Lake Forest College Campus:
Flexible full-time staff position to assume responsibilities as needed. Responsibilities will vary and may include bus duty, fieldtrip supervision, substitute Coach, lunchroom duty, maintenance of campgrounds and more.

DON'T STOP THERE: WE ARE ALSO IN SEARCH OF Older teens and adults who enjoy using their exceptional organizational skills to come on-site in an administrative role (ie. maintaining data base, day to day admin, answering phones, organizing bus routes).
